4 What I ate

10:00 am KFS popcorn chicken and fries with a "sip" of coke....







"horrible morning food yuk! but I wasnt feeling breakfast since I went to class at 9:30 am and I missed my craving for breakfast"








5:15 Pm Turkey sandwhich with no sauces and three cheese sticks




Total of glasses of water=4

last but not least I had popcorn at 8:30 pm (small portion)! AS I sat and watchdd a movie by myself

I didnt eat that much today, but I drank a whole lot more! ... Iknow the KFC was a horrible start :(

Okay...........wellllll....you have a horrble morning a medium soft drink from KFC is 180 calories...I will take into consideration that you only did sip...so you may be exempted from calories there....popcorn chicken in 660 calories alone...and the fries are ...about 270 for medium (this also does not include your sauces being used here ie: barbeque, ketchup etc)

    I am definately impressed that you had a turkey sandwich with no sauce...very good.

    the popcorn...I'm not sure if you added extra butter or not...but thats ok...you def need a treat (maybe not today tho after the KFC lmao).

    Overall...everything seems to be going good minus your outburst to morning KFC....that probably gave you a dimple or two...Remeber your daily intake for calories is about 1500-1800 roughly.

    I think for both of us...we need to be eating LESS in each meal...but more frequently with snacks...we should try to eat three meals but between these meals have a fruit or a granola bar.
